    I am sorry to report that my sweet, sweet MacKenzie (alpaca) delivered a stillbirth yesterday. There are no words to describe the mourning I witnessed from her yesterday continuing this morning. This was our first alpaca birth at our ranch and it broke my heart to watch MacKenzie. Here's to happier days for my four-legged friends.

    I am taking the placenta and baby to MU for a necropsy. If there is something else I should do regarding this, please feel free to comment. :(
