I'd like to plant a hedge along an unsightly pasture fence. It's the wettest section of our pasture, with a seasonal creek about 6 inches deep, which drains the entire hillside. It's in full sun.

Any ideas for 6-8 foot shrubs that are comfortable in wet soil, full sun, and that the llamas will ignore?

I'm in western Oregon, Sunset Climate Zone 6.

We have a small butterfly plant that the llamas were avoiding completely, but they're invasive, so they're not a good idea. Something native to Oregon would be wonderful.

Quite a wish list. Any thoughts?
