I attended the cameldynamic workshop in Uxbridge a whileback. I have onl y had my 13 boys for 2 years. I have always used the grap and wrastel method of catching and haltering. After the workshop, using a properly sized catch pen and my version of a catching wand, I managed to catch and halter 12 of my 13 boys by myself with very little wrastling. I only needed help with the one. Certainly not perfect but a start. We were toenail trimming. I use a chute. It is a struggle but ... There were a few boys who would not tolerate it and I did not want to do the force thing so ... well ... when I was at the workshop, Marty, you suggested medical assistance. What is the drug and dosage you suggest? I asked my vet and he was not sure what medication would be the best.
