So I've got my book and read through it, ready to start training my herd.....however, wondering what sort of approach I should attempt? How does one train a herd of 15? Start w one animal for however many days and then move on to next animals once initial one "gets it"? Or do I make some sort of schedule to work individually with a few girls a day, then different ones on another day etc, til each girl has had some training each week! And if so, what's a good amt of training time to aim for each week per animal? Last, do I start w my most perceived difficult ones or the easier girls? Thanks
