Hi Marty. Really interested in your blog this week. As a psychologist who uses behaviour analysis regularly at work I guess I unconsciously use the strategies with the lads and, yes, they work well. When I am having difficulty with something I stop and think what is wrong with the set-up - I have always overlooked something important. I have had your brilliant Camelid Companion for several years and between what I have learned from that, pens and fencing and the 'scientific' ABC angle, things go quite well. I manage the herd on my own so brains not brawn is definitely the only way to go.
