Hello. I have a small herd of 3 males. Two under a year and a five year old, part Suri who was rescued before I got him. I'm told he was neglected, abused and emaciated when rescued. He is well now and a good leader for the 2 little guys. He is intact, and has a kind, gentle disposition. We've had them for 2 months. We built a house/shelter for them, with a hay storage area they can access, clean water, a foam mat floor, old quilts donated by my sister for them to hang out on, plastic windows on three sides and a normal sized door that is kept open. Should I be concerned that they spend a good part of their time in the house? I think they feel safe, get away from bugs and rain and heat and can munch on hay whenever they want. They seem to enjoy hunkering down on their double folded quilts too. They have a fenced woodland lot to explore and forage on and a smaller fenced area with fresh hay piled up for them to feast on, that is beside their house. But, I'm new at this, so wonder if it's okay for them to spend so much time inside. Thanks for your thoughts
