Alpaca with sand in its stomach ?

    Hi. I am searching for a good adwise.
    One of my alpacas do might have sand in his stomach. He is a gelding, 2.5 years old and very small. Lately he has lost a lot of weight. X-rays show something in the stomach that might could be sand. Does anyone have experience with how to get the sand out?
