Hi . My black alpaca is chewing on things made of iron (but some times also on a bucket made of rubber/plastic). Hi is not using his teeth but his uppergum. He is 2 1/2 years old. I think it started at the same time as hi begin change his teeth about 6 month ago. My brown alpaca is playing with the chain from the catchpen. Hi starts a couple of weeks ago. I think it is some kind of a game. Maby hi is boring? Does anyone have an idea why they are doing like this? I will try to post videos so that you can see what I mean. Thanks. Katja, Denmark
