    Greetings friends.

I fed my 33 year old male llamas about a half an hour ago and one who seems prone to mild choke (this happens very infrequently) is now frothing and drooling uncontrollably. I gave him some mostly-crushed Meloxicam with carrots mixed in with his Masuri pelleted feed.

Poor fellow is still drooling, bowing and shaking his head to eject the food.

He’s now cushing, chewing cud in between. Any advice for this very worried llama parent?

Please feel free to call! 828-768-9094. Thanks for any advice.

    Pamela
