Hi all, My name is Bill Daugherty. I am brand spanking new to alpacas, as of about 8 months ago. We live in Silver City, NM, (and also Tucson). We have 6 alpacas, all female. Being new to Camelidynamics and this forum, I see some posts addressing the kicking issue. So far I have been kicked twice, with multiple “near misses”. One time, I hobbled around for two weeks. Direct hit. Now I’m a little gun shy, ugh! Am wondering if there is some kind of protective clothing available for protection. Am thinking along the lines of pants of some sort, or, better yet, some type of apron? Thanks for any input. Bill
