Good Morning Camelidynamics Community! We have a 7 year old female llama who is experiencing some hair loss around her face and rear legs, as well as some odd-looking skin bumps/raising on her rear legs. She lives with a group of 3 other llamas and none of them are exhibiting any issues. She has been experiencing this issue for a few months now and our vet has taken multiple hair samples (both from the hair and face, and both with a hair root and without) and a skin scraping - nothing has come back with any diagnostic information such as mites or a fungal or bacterial infection. Her fecals and urine have also come back normal. When our shearer was here, he mentioned a condition called Elephant Skin but I haven't been able to find a whole lot of information about it. I have attached some photos of her. Any additional information would be incredibly helpful. Thank you all so much!
